During my internship, I participated in three technical events focused on cloud architectural design, AWS security and monitoring, and Agentic AI applications.
Each event provided a unique learning experience, ranging from analyzing scenario-based certification exam questions and monitoring user experience to evaluating multi-agent AI systems in enterprise workflows.
Event Name: AWS Cloud Architecture Championship: CLF, SAA & SAP Battle
Date: June 20, 2026
Participation Format: Online
Role: Attendee / Spectator
Main Topics: 8-team knockout competition across 3 rounds (10 scenario-based questions per round, 30 total) with a progressive certification difficulty curve (CLF-C02 $\rightarrow$ SAA-C03 $\rightarrow$ SAP-C02), multi-region disaster recovery (RTO/RPO), and resilient serverless architecture design.
Value Gained: I gained deep insights into the progressive evolution across CLF, SAA, and SAP architectural mindsets, evaluating cost vs. reliability trade-offs, designing resilient fallback mechanisms (SQS, DLQ, Circuit Breakers), and analyzing complex exam scenarios under time constraints.
Event Name: AWS Cloud, Monitoring and Security
Date: July 11, 2026
Participation Format: Technical event
Role: Attendee
Main Topics: AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, Service Level Agreements (SLA), customer journey monitoring using CloudWatch, and automated security reviews with AWS Security Agent.
Value Gained: I learned how to move beyond basic infrastructure metrics to monitor end-to-end user experience, understand the Shared Responsibility Model in application security, and utilize AI security agents for design and pull-request code reviews.
Event Name: FCAJ x Agentic AI Build Week: Show Up. Build. Pitch. WIN!
Date: July 25, 2026
Participation Format: Online
Role: Attendee
Main Topics: Agentic AI hackathon solutions across retail, competitive intelligence, architecture design, crowd management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations.
Value Gained: I learned about agentic workflows, persistent agent memory, tool calling, reasoning logs, Human-in-the-Loop controls, and evaluating proof of concepts for enterprise production readiness.
Through these three events, I expanded my technical knowledge of AWS Cloud architectures, system monitoring, DevSecOps automation, and Agentic AI systems, connecting theoretical concepts with practical industry applications.
